Please keep in mind that since blog hosts are constantly upgrading or changing their
features, we can't offer any guarantee that this clock will work with your blog
host, even if it is listed below, nor can we offer direct tech support for you.
We can only provide this info as a guide to help suggest ways that have worked in
the past with these sites.
In general, look for an option to view the HTML code on your template or when posting
an entry where you would like to place a clock. Many blog sites will allow our "Option
2: Embed HTML code" to be used.

Template:

The new Blogger (using your Google account) offers new layout based templates. If
you have your clock the way you want it configured, click
If you prefer to do this manually, click on the link to "Add a Page Element" to
your Layout, look for the HTML/Javascript option and click on Add to blog. In the
Configure screen that opens, you can give it a title and then paste the Object HTML
Code into the Content box.
The old Blogger allows you to use the Object HTML Code in your template, as long
as you put it between the <body> and </body>
tags. For best results, look for the section with your sidebar or "menu" and paste
the provided Object HTML Code below the <$BlogMemberProfile$>
tag.

Look for a toolbar button to Show HTML. If you don't see it, you may need to look
for an option to switch to the new editor first. Once in HTML mode, use the Embed
HTML Code.

MySpace.com
|

On the Customize Your Blog options on MySpace, you can choose to create "Your Own
Header HTML". This section allows you to use the Embed HTML code to place a clock
at the top of your blog.

On a new blog entry, you should check the box to View Source and paste in the Embed
HTML code from above.
Two caveats though: MySpace doesn't allow the transparent background so the area
around the clock will show up as white. It also adds a "..>..>" above the
clock.

Download and activate the
Sidebar plugin if you don't already have it. In the Presentation Options,
click on Sidebar Widgets and drag a new Text widget to your sidebar. Click on your
new Text widget to add both a label and to paste in the Object HTML Code.

Xanga
|
Template:

Look for the option to change the "Look and Feel" of your Xanga page. Scroll to
the bottom and look for the box for Website Stats and paste in the Embed HTML code
above. You may also prefer to have the clock centered on the page, so you can type
in something like <div align="center"> before the embed code and </div>
after the embed code. (If you are a premium user, you can use the Custom Module
box instead of Website Stats.)
