Kurbyshev Time is four hours ahead of the Coordinated Universal Time standard, written as an offset of UTC + 4:00. That means to find the standard time in the zone you must add four hours to Coordinated Universal Time.
Territories observing the time zone were primarily in Asia. However, it is no longer used at all anywhere in the world. Areas that were using it are permanently on Samara Time or SAMT instead.
Those in the time zone also referred to it as Samara Summer Time or SAMST.
